Onboarding FAQ’s:

Q: How do I access the Teachable onboarding course?
A: You’ll receive an email invitation with a link to join the course.
Click the link, create an account (if you don’t have one), and begin the modules.

Q: What if I didn’t get the Teachable invitation email?
A: Check your spam or junk folder.
If it’s not there, contact katherine.hughes@activeeducation.com to resend the invite.

Q: Do I have to complete the Teachable training all at once?
A: No. You can pause and return anytime. Just ensure you complete all required modules by your deadline.

Live Scan & TB Test

Q: Where do I go to complete a Live Scan?
A: You can visit any authorized Live Scan location. We will provide you with a Request for Live Scan form.

Q: Who pays for the Live Scan?
A: Active Education pays for half of the Live Scan fee. You are responsible for the remaining half.

Q: Where can I get a TB test?
A: You can get one from your healthcare provider, a local clinic, or a pharmacy like CVS or Walgreens that offers health services.

Q: What if I’ve had a positive TB test before?
A: If you've tested positive in the past, you’ll need to provide documentation of a chest X-ray and physician clearance instead.
