U.S. Safesports Course

The SafeSport™ Trained online course is the best-in-class course specifically developed to address sexual misconduct and physical and emotional abuse in a sports environment.

 

SafeSport Trained Core Course (90 mins)

Mandatory Course

Safesport can be utilized free through US Soccer. The course is 90 minutes long, but you can save your progress if you can't complete it in one sitting.

In order to complete the course, you are required to create a US Soccer account. You must start this process by clicking on the following link https://learning.ussoccer.com.

Then click on 'Sign Up' on the top right corner of the page.

Once you have created an account, follow these directions to access the Safesport course.

  1. Go to https://learning.ussoccer.com/

  2. Log in

  3. Go to 'courses' and then click on 'available courses'

  4. Click on 'supplement courses'

  5. Click on 'Safesport'

  6. Click 'begin Safesport'

  7. This will take you to an external page. Complete the course

  8. Once completed, you might need to wait 10-15 minutes

  9. Return to the US Soccer learning resource

  10. Click on Profile

  11. 'Safesport' will appear

  12. There will be an option to download your certificate
